Years of experience have taught us one thing: when a machine breaks down, you have to act quickly.
To ensure prompt, professional and swift service, we provide technical support for coffee machines and related equipment.
We provide on-site repairs, replacements and regular checks at the customer’s location to prevent issues before they arise.
Additionally, we offer support in calibrating grinders and espresso machines to ensure every coffee fully showcases its qualities and consistently meets expectations.
Coffee Shop Mike
In 2016, we decided to go one step further: to open a space where we can share our love for coffee, meet fellow enthusiasts, and weave our story into the fabric of our customers’ everyday lives… one cup at a time.
And so our Coffee Shop was born.
Located right next to our headquarters in Alessandria, the space lets coffee lovers explore and purchase our full product range:
– Coffee beans
– Ground coffee
– Pods and capsules
– Our specialities, including coffee amaretti and “Mike Ciok” the chocolate-flavoured drink that has always warmed the winter of many of our customers
And for those who always want fresh coffee at home? No problem!
To ensure everyone can enjoy our coffee at home, the Coffee Shop sells our coffee beans and will grind them to order for moka pot, filter or espresso. An easy way to always have fresh coffee, at home just like the café.
